Steve Bair has been part of the Databar team since 1978, and has been serving clients in the Grays Harbor area for that entire time. While Steve is one of the most qualified and detail oriented people you will find in the printing industry, he’ll tell you that it is more joy than work as his day consists of helping individuals run their businesses better. The friendships that have developed from his work are probably the most gratifying, as many Steve’s clients have been with him for over twenty years. He feels that his success is in large part due to the support he receives from Databar, as his clients might only see him, but he always has the entire company behind him on every visit.

While the Grays Harbor area has seen tough times Steve has always stayed committed to the area and developing business, which in comparison to one of his first jobs is obviously more enjoyable – as a teenager Steve use to dig graves by hand at the local cemetery! We all think he must sleep better at night now!
