Cliff Banner

Cliff Banner joined Databar/CMS in March of 2002. Cliff has a degree in Engineering from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy and two years graduate work in Computer Science and Operations Research at American University. After retiring from the USCG with rank of Commander in 1984, he became Manager of Desktop Support for BP Oil Company in Cleveland, Ohio, responsible for providing computer support to over 4000 users nation-wide. In 1995, he went to work for a small forms printing company in Seattle as Director, Information Systems, where he gained experience in the forms printing industry.

Since joining Databar/CMS, Cliff has been the programmer/systems analyst for CMS, responsible for designing, developing and maintaining our statement applications. He works closely with both clients and the CMS staff to ensure that all statements are produced in a timely and efficient manner which meets the clients requirements.
